By using this website (aficar.net, the "Site"), you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. The Site is operated by AfiCar Araç Kiralama ve Turizm Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("AfiCar"). AfiCar is the car rental company of the Afinitem group.
1. Scope of Service
The Site presents AfiCar's vehicle fleet, rental services and delivery points, and provides channels for reservation requests, corporate rental quotation requests and contact. Vehicle images, equipment details and prices on the Site are for general information purposes only; prices are indicative, and the final amount is communicated when the reservation is confirmed. The binding terms of vehicle rental are set out in the Rental Conditions and in the Vehicle Rental Agreement signed at handover.
2. Reservation Requests
A reservation request submitted through the Site is neither a contract nor a confirmed booking; it is a request forwarded to AfiCar. After checking vehicle availability and driver requirements, AfiCar confirms or declines the request by email or phone; a reservation becomes final only upon AfiCar's confirmation. No payment is taken through the Site, and AfiCar never asks for credit card details on the Site or by email. Payment is made by credit card at vehicle handover or in advance by bank transfer. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current information in the request form, to meet the driver requirements of the vehicle class you book, and to present your ID, driving licence and a credit card in the driver's name at handover.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, text and images on the Site belong to AfiCar or its group company Afinitem, or are used under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Vehicle makes and models shown on the Site are registered trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used solely to present the fleet.
4. Rules of Use
Using the Site for unlawful purposes, interfering with its operation, submitting misleading, false or third-party information through the forms, creating duplicate or fictitious reservation requests without a genuine intention to rent, and unauthorised automated data collection (scraping) are prohibited. AfiCar reserves the right not to process requests that breach these rules and to block the related access.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites such as map services, airport and social media pages. AfiCar is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked sites.
6. Limitation of Liability
AfiCar does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, no liability is accepted for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of information on the Site, or from a request submitted through the Site failing to arrive for technical reasons or not being confirmed. Liability regarding confirmed reservations and the rental relationship is governed by the Rental Conditions and the Vehicle Rental Agreement.
7. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice (KVKK), the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
8. Changes
AfiCar may update these terms at any time. The current version takes effect upon publication on the Site.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İstanbul (Bakırköy) have jurisdiction over any disputes; the rights of consumers under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
